Medical Disclaimer

RipFit180 products, training content, and related materials are provided for general fitness, educational, and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, mobility limitation, are pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to exercise safely.

Intended Use Only

RipFit180 is intended only for resistance-based fitness training as instructed by RipFit180.

Do not use RipFit180 for towing, pulling objects, suspending body weight, climbing, lifting loads, restraining people or animals, or any non-training purpose.

Before Every Use

Inspect all bands, clips, handles, straps, anchors, stitching, attachment points, and device components before every workout.

Do not use RipFit180 if any part appears damaged, worn, cracked, cut, torn, frayed, stretched, loose, weak, defective, or unsafe.

Check that all clips, bands, and connection points are fully secured before beginning.

If any part shows signs of damage or wear, stop use immediately and replace the affected part before training again.

Maximum Band Pull Distance

Never stretch or pull any resistance band beyond 7 ft / 2.13 m.

If additional resistance is needed, add another band rather than over-stretching a single band.

Over-stretching bands may increase the risk of band failure, recoil, injury, or property damage.

Proper Anchoring and Setup

Only anchor RipFit180 to a strong, stable, secure surface or attachment point.

Do not attach RipFit180 to weak, unstable, sharp, moving, damaged, or unsafe objects.

Before training, test the anchor point carefully to make sure it can safely withstand pulling force.

An unsafe anchor point may fail suddenly and cause the device, bands, clips, or accessories to recoil toward the user or surrounding area. Stop immediately if the anchor shifts, loosens, bends, cracks, or appears unstable.

Band Recoil Safety

Keep your face, head, neck, eyes, and body out of the direct recoil path of the bands.

Resistance bands and attachments can snap back if released, overstretched, damaged, improperly attached, or used incorrectly.

Never aim loaded bands toward your face, another person, pets, windows, fragile objects, or unsafe areas.

Safe Training Area

Use RipFit180 only in a clear, open training area with enough space for the full movement.

Keep the area free of obstacles, sharp objects, fragile items, bystanders, pets, and tripping hazards.

RipFit180 should be used by one person at a time only.

During Training

Follow all RipFit180 setup and training instructions.

Start gradually and build intensity over time.

Maintain control of the bands at all times.

Do not use RipFit180 while distracted, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in any condition that may affect balance, coordination, judgment, or physical control.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.

Age and Supervision

Users under 18 require adult or guardian supervision.

Keep RipFit180, resistance bands, clips, straps, handles, and accessories away from small children, pets, and unsupervised users when not in use.

Storage and Care

Store RipFit180 bands and accessories safely after use.

Keep bands away from sharp objects, excessive heat, moisture, pets, and children.

Inspect bands again before your next workout.

Do Not Modify Equipment

Do not modify, alter, cut, repair, tie, knot, tape, or substitute any RipFit180 bands, clips, handles, straps, anchors, or device components.

Use only approved RipFit180 components and accessories.
