RipFit180 is a resistance training device and should only be used with proper setup, stable anchor points, and controlled movement. Always inspect your device, bands, clips, handles, and anchor points before use.

Inside Foundation Training

Your RipFit180 Foundation training is included with your device and is designed to help you get set up safely, learn the basics, and start training with confidence.

Your Foundation training area includes:

  • Unboxing and setup instructions

  • How to anchor your RipFit180

  • Safety guidelines

  • How to change the bands

  • Foundation movements

  • Warm-up 

  • Beginner-friendly workout

Start with the setup and safety videos first, then move into the Foundation workouts when you feel ready.

Want More Training?

Once you’re comfortable with the foundations, you’ll also have the option to upgrade into RipFit180 Performance for more advanced workouts, sport-specific training, and ongoing programming.

For now, start with Foundation and build from there.
